Refunds

You have a 24 Hour Cancellation Window to request a FULL REFUND for your purchase.  Your refund will be done via the same channel that you paid with.  So if you paid via PayPal you will refunded via Paypal.  

Once receiving your order please inspect and contact The Carib Box immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.
